What is the nature of the hydrides formed by elments of 13 group?

Group 13 elements form covalent hydrides. These are mainly electron deficient hydrides. They act as Lewis acids.
Boron form large number of hydrides called boranes. Aluminium form a singel polymeric hydride called allane. Gallium forms a dimerichydride and indium forms a polymeric hydride which are not stable. Thallium does not from any hydride.
