Producer gas is less efficient fuel than water gas - explain.

Producer gas contain about 33% CO and 65% `N_2`. Nitrogen is not combustible. So the percent of combustive gas in producer gas is less.
Water gas is a mixture of CO and `H_2` and both are combustible gases in water gas is more.
Thus producer gas is less efficient than water.
