An object moving with 6m per second execute an acceleration `2m//s^(2)` in next 3 seconds. How much distance it covered ? (s = ut + 1/2 `at^(2)`)

Text Solution

Verified by Experts

`u=6m//s,t=3sec,a=2m//s^(2)`
`s=ut+1/2at^(2)`
= `6xx3+1/2xx2xx3^(2)=18+9=27m`
The object covers 27 m in 3 sec.
