How do you feel after studying the symbols and formulae of different elements and compounds?

Explanation

1) In my earlier class I came to know that chemistry is nowhere but in our kitchen.
2) I used to call so many chemicals with their names.
3) Now Iam able to call them with their symbols and formulae.
4) For example I can call the common salt as NaCl.
5) This thrills me alot and Iam curious to know the formulae of so many common household substances
6) This is very helpful for my higher studies.
