Establish a relation between change of magnetic flux and induced EMF.

The induced EMF generated in a closed loop is equal to the rate of change of magnetic flux passing of through it.
`epsilon=(Deltaphi)/(Deltat)`
where `epsilon` is the induced emf and `(Delta phi)/(Delta t)` is the rate of change of magnetic flux.
IF there are 'N' turns in the coil,the flux linked with the coil is `epsilon=N((Deltaphi)/(Deltat))`
