In this case, total flux linked = ` 6.5 xx 10 ^( 3 ) N * m^ 2 * C ^( - 1 ) `
According to Gauss' theorem,
total flux linked with the sphere = ` ( 1 )/( in _ 0 ) * q `
` therefore ( 1 )/( in _ 0) * q = 6.5 xx 10^ 3 `
or, ` q = 6.5xx 10 ^( 3 ) xx in _ 0`
` = 6.5 xx 10 ^3 xx 8.85 xx 10 ^( - 12 ) `
` = 5.75 xx 10 ^( - 8) C`.
