When an electric lamp is connected with ...

When an electric lamp is connected with a 10 V electric cell, it is seen that a 0.01 A current flows through it. But if that lamp is connected with 220 V mains , then a steady current of 0.05 A flows through it.Explain the apparent discrepancies with ohm's law.
