The level of liquid in a cylinderical vessel is kept constant at 30cm. It has three identical horizontal tubes of length 39cm, each coming out at heights 0,4 and 8cm respectively. Calculate the length of a single overflow tube of the same radius as that of identical tubes which can replace the three when placed horizontally at bottom of the cylinder.

The level of liquid in a cylindrical vessel is kept constant at 30cm. It has three identical horizontal tubes A, B and C of length 40 cm each coming out at heights 0, 5 and 10 cm respectively. Calculate the length of a single overflow tube of the same radius as that of identical tubes which can replace the three when placed horizontally at the bottom of the cylinder.

The level of a liquid in a vessel kept constant at 50 cm. it has three identical horizontal tubes each of length 60 cm coming out at heights 5,10 and 15 cm respectively. If a single tube of the same radius as that of the three tubes can replace the three tubes when placed horizontaly at the bottom of the vessel length of that tube is

A vessel has water to height of 40 cm. it has three horizontal capillary tubes of same diameter each of length 15 cm coming out at height 10 cm, 15 cm, 20 cm .The length of a single tube of same diameter as that of the three tubes which can replace them when placed horizontally at the bottom of the vessel is:

Three capillary tubes of the same radius r but of length l_1, l_2 and l_3 are fitted horizontally to the bottom of a long cylinder containing a liquid at constant head and flowing through these tubes. Find the length of a single overflow tube of the same radius r, which can replaced the three capillaries.

Three capillary tubes of same radius 1 cm but of length 1 m 2 m and 3 m are fitted horizontally to the bottom of a long vessel containing a liquid at constant pressure and flowing through these. Whatis the length of a single tube which can replace the three capillaries.

Two capi'' ary tubes , A and B are dipped into a liquid which rises 8 cm and 4 cm respectively above the outside level . Compare the diameters of the tubes ,

Two capillary tubes of same radius r but of lengths l1 and l2 are fitted in parallel to the bottom of a vessel should be the length of single tube that can replace the two tubes so that the rate of flow is the same as before.

A cylindrical vessel of radius 3 cm has at the bottom a horizontal capallary tube of length 20 cm and intrnal radius 0.4 mm. If the vessel is filled with water, find the time taken by it to empty one half of its contents. Given that the viscosity of water is 0.01 poise.
