If the thicknes of the plates are `2cm` and `1cm` and their thermal conductivities are `10cal m^(-1)K^(-1)s^(-1)` and `20 cal m^(-1)K^(-1)s^(-1)` respectively, find the temperature of the surfaces in contact.
