Now, `cos(2npi-theta) = cos theta`
For `n = 1, theta = 10`,
`(2npi-theta) = (2pi -10) = (2**3.14 - 10) lt 0`
For `n = 2, theta = 10`,
`(2npi-theta) = (4pi -10) = (4**3.14 - 10) lt pi`
So, it is in the range `[0,pi)`.
