If ` vec a` is a vector and `m` is a scalar such that `m vec a= vec0` , then what are the alternatives for `m` and ` vec a?`

This is possible only if at least one of `m` or `veca` is `0`.
`:. m = 0 or veca = vec0`.
So, the alternative is that either `m = 0` or `veca = vec0` or both of them are `0`.
