How does secretion take place by means of Golgi body?

In glandular cells, Golgi apparatus concentrates their secretions and releases the same outside the cells. The secretory vesicles of the glands usually contain zymogen granules. They are sent out of the cells through exocytosis and reverse pinocytosis.
