Expression for Ampere circuital law
` oint vec(B) cdot vec(dl) = mu_(0)I_(c ) + mu_(0)epsilon_(0) (d phi_(E))/(dt)`
`oint vec(B)cdot vec(dl) = mu_(0) (I_(c ) + i_(d))`
In case of steady current in a conducting wire, electric field does not change with time, condition current `I_(c )` exists but `I_(d)` may be zero so `oint vec(B)cdot vec(dl) = mu_(0) I_(c )`.
