Both are correct. In (i) 1s-character defines correct trend to acidic strength as acidic strength `prop %` s-character
In (ii) inductive effect defines acidic strength and polarity of C-H bond of alkyne. Group having +l- effect increases electron density around C-H bond hence decreases polarity and acidic strength of alkyne.
