The distance (s) travelled by a body in time (t) is given by s = ut + (1)/(2)at^(2) . How is the formula modified when (i) body starts from rest , (ii) motion of body is uniform.

Using velocity time graph, establish the relation s = ut + (1)/(2)at^(2) , where the symbols have their usual meanings.

Check the accuracy of the relation s = ut + (1)/(2)at^(2) where s is the distance travelled by the with uniform acceleration a in time t and having initial velocity u.

Derive S = ut + frac(1)(2) at^2 by graphical method.
