Therefore `1`-chloropene has cis-trans isomers `CH_(3)-underset(CL)underset(|)(C )=CH_(2)`
`(b)` `2`- Chloropropene :

In `2`-chloropropene, it deviates from the rule that is "At least one same group is present on the two dably bounded carbon atom:. There fore `-2`-chloropropene cannot exist as cis-trans isomers.
