Covalent (Molecular) hydrides : They are compounds in which hydrogen is attached to another element by sharing of electrons.
Covalent hydrides are further divided into three categories , viz., electron precise `(CH_(4),C_(2)H_(6),SiH_(4),GeH_(4))` , electron - deficient `(B_(2)H_(6))` and electron -rich hydrides `(NH_(3),H_(2)O)`
