Fluorine has the greatest affinity for hydrogen, due to the large electro negativity difference between them, forming HF which is associated due to the hydrogen bonding . Hydrofluoric acid is a weak acid whereas the other hydrohalic acid are strong acids.

It takes tremendous amount of energy to break the strong H-F bond in water.
