`2MnO_(4)^(2-) + O^(3) + H_(2) O to 2MnO_(4)^(-) + 2COH^(-) + O_(2)`
`2MnO_(4) ^(2-) + Ci_(2) to 2MnO_(4)^(-) + 2Ci^(-)`
