Find `sin` `x/2` `,cos` `x/2` and `tan` `x/2` of the following : `tanx=-4/3,""x` in quadrant II

We know that ,
`tanx=−4/3=`(Perpendicular)/(Base)
Base = 3
Perpendicular = 4
So, hypotenuse
`=>sqrt(3^2+4^2)=sqrt(9+16)=sqrt(25)=5`
Thus,
`sinx=4/5`(+ve as Sin is positive in the second quadrant)
`cosx=(−3)/5` (-ve as Cos is negative in the second quadrant)
