(a) Anterior Sucker
(b) Posterior Sucker
(a) Anterior Sucker
(i) The sucker located at the anterior end is called Anterior sucker' or Oral sucker.
(iii) The anterior sucker helps in feeding. Which is ventral in position occupying the first five segments. It helps in feeding.
(b) Posterior Sucker
The posterior sucker is formed by the fusion of the last seven segments. Both the suckers help in attachment and locomotion.
