Differentiate coding and non coding strand.

Explanation

(i) Coding strand / Non-template strand / Sense Strand
During protein synthesis in transcription, the strand of DNA which is not transcribed is called the Coding Strand.
(ii) Templak Strand / Non-Coding Strand / Antisense Strand During trascription in protein synthesis, The strand of DNA which is oriented in 3' `rarr` 5' direction that serves as a template for the synthesis of mRNA is called template strand.
