The algebric sum of moments of two or more coplanar forces about any point in their plane is equal to the moment of their resultant about the same point.
Moment of `vecP` about O is `=Pbar(OA)`
Moment of `barQ` about O is `=Qbar(OB)`
Moment of `barR` about O`=Pbar(OA)+Qbar(OB)`
Moment of `barR` about O=`Pbar(OA)+Qbar(OB)`
i.e., `Rbar(OC)=Pbar(OA)+Qbar(OB)`
