Explanation

Air on the Earth's surface near the equator is hotter than at the poles. Since the Earth rotates about an axis `231//2^(@)` with respect to the geographic meridian, the convection current blows from the north east and descends towards the equator and wann air blows towards `30^(@)`N latitude. This convectional air currents are called trade winds.
