Given equation `y = 5 sin ( 80 pi t - 0.5 pi x ) m`, comparing this with `y = A sin ( omega t - kx ) ` we get
Velocity of the wave motion `v = ( omega )/( k ) `
i.e., ` v = ( 80pi )/ ( 0.5 pi ) `
`v = 160 ms^(-1)`
i.e. `v = 1.60 xx 10^(2) ms^(-1)`
