How does current in a pure capacitor vary in terms of phase angle with the voltage across it?

Text Solution

Verified by Experts

The phase angle between voltage and current is `90^(@)`. In this case, voltage across the capacitor lags the current by `90^(@)` or `(pi)/(2)` radian.
