Why most of the exothermic process (reaction) are spontaneous ?

`Delta G = Delta H - Delta H - TDelta S`, For exothermic reactions `Delta H` is -ve. For a spontaneous process `Delta G` has to be -ve
Thus decrease in enthalpy `(-Delta H)` contributes significantly to the driving force (to make `Delta G` negative).
