When hydrazine and hydrogen peroxide reacrt in presence of `Cu^(2+)` Catalyst the following reaction is takes place.
`N_(2)H_(2)(I)+2H_(2)O_(2)(I)overset(Cu^(2+))toN_(2)(g)+4H_(2)O(g)`
Since the formation of nitrogen and steam is accompaniedd with evolution of large amount of heat thus act as a rocked propellant.
