What are the conditions for a molecule to aromatic?

The conditions are:-
(a) It should be planar, cyclic
(b) It should have complete delocalisation of `pi` electrons in the ring.
(c ) it should follow Huckel's rule which states that there should be (4n + 2) delocalised `pi` electrons where n is an integer (0,1,2,3....)
(d) Each atom in the ring must have unhybridised p - orbital perpendicular to plane of the ring. (`sp^(2)` hybridised)
