The correct Answer is:
7

Let number of people in city = 100
`A uu overline(B) = 17`
30% of `(A uu overline(B)) = 5.1`
`overline(A) uu B = 12`
40% of `(overline(A) uu B) = 4.8`
`A uu B = 8`
50% of `(A uu B) = 4`
Total = 5.1 + 4.8 +5 = 13.9
