Prove that `A(4,3),B(6,4)a n dC(5,6)a n dD(3,5)` are the angular points of a square.

Text Solution

Verified by Experts

Now we have `A B=sqrt{(4-6)^{2}+(3-4)^{2}}`
`=sqrt{4+1}=sqrt{5}` units
`B C=sqrt{(6-5)^{2}+(4-6)^{2}}=sqrt{1+4} `
`B C=sqrt{5}` units.
`C D=sqrt{(5-3)^{2}+(6-5)^{2}}=sqrt{4+1}`
`C D=sqrt{5}` units
Also DA =`sqrt{(4-3)^{2}+(3+5)^{2}}`
