if the length be increased by 2 metres and the breadth be increased by 3 metres respectively , the area of the rectangle is increased by 75 sq. metres . But if the length be decreased by 2 metres and the breadth be increased by 3 metres , the area of the rectangle increases by 15 sq.metres . Find the length and breadth of the rectangle.
