Prism angle of a prism is `10^(@)`. Their refractive index for red and violet colour is 1.51 and 1.52 respectively. Then find the dispersive power.

Despersive power of prism `epsilon= ((mu_(v ) - mu_(r ))/(mu_(y) - 1))`
But `mu_(y) = (mu_(v ) + mu_( r ))/(2) = (1.52 + 1.51)/( 2) = 1.515`
Therefore `epsilon = (1.52 - 1.51)/( 1.515 -1) = (0,.01)/( 1.515) = 0.019`
