Since `H_(2)SO_(4)` is an oxidising agent it oxidised it oxidies HBr & HI to `Br_(2)` and `I_(2)` respectively.
`2HBr + H_(2)SO_(4) to Br_(2)+SO_(2)+2H_(2)O`
Hence `NaBr+H_(3)PO_(4)toNaH_(2)PO_(4)+3HBr`
Another process `PBr_(3)+3H_(2)OtoH_(3)PO_(4)+3HBr`
