There are two parties to a promissory note:
I. Maker or Drawer is that the one that makes or attracts the note of hand to pay a particular quantity as laid out in the note of hand. he's additionally known as the promiser.
II. Drawee or recipient is that the person in whose favour the debt instrument is drawn. he's known as the communicator.
