The product of the roots of the equation
`x^(2)-3x+k=10or,x^(2)-3x+k-10=0`
`=("constant term")/("coefficent of "x^(2)")`
`=(k-10)/(1)=k-10`
As per question, `k-10=-2or,k=-2+10=8`.
