How can artificial rain be caused by spraying Agl ?

The water droplets present in cloud are charged and colloidal in nature. Since Agl is an electrolyte, it neutralisest charges present in the cloud. This leads to the accumulation of fine water droplets to form drops causing artificial rainfall.
