What do you mean by an organometallic compound? Lead acetate `[Pb(OCOCH_(3)_(2)]` is not considered as an organometallic compound-why?

Second part : lead acetate is not organometallic compound as lead is attached with O-atom via electrovalent bond, i.e., direct metal-carbon bond is absent. It is actually a salt.
