Does it make a sense to call a physical quantity a vector, when its magnitude is zero ?

Imagine a vector vecA` and let its magnitude and hence length be reduced to zero by coinciding the initial and terminal points . In this situation the modulus or length of the vector will become zero and its situation the modulus or lenght of hte vectors will become zero and its direction indeterminate,i.e., it may be regarded to possess any direction. So it has a sense to call a quantity a vectors when its magnitude is zero.
Such vectors are called zero or null vectors and are denoted by the clarnedon symbol 0. All null vectors are regareded as equal and eliminate the need of stating execptional cases when wrtitng creation relationship in vector. For example , as the sum of the any vectors is a vector, the sum of two equal and opposite vectors `(vecA and - vecA)` must be zero and a vector, i.e., will be null vectors, or area of sphere in vector from is a null vectors.
