Training Methods

Name the Training Method in which : (i) A newly appointed employee is acquainted with the organisation. (ii) Trainee learns under the guidance of a master worker. (iii) Trainee learns on the dummy equipements he/she will be using.

Length of first train is 300 meter and its speed is 25 km/h and length of second train is 200 metre and both the trains are running towards each other. If higher speed train crosses the lower speed train in 45 seconds, then find the speed of second train in km/h.
