The data is recorded in the following table: Opinion:                        Like                                      Dislike Number of Students:     135                                      65 Find the probability that a student chosen at random (i)               likes Mathematics     (ii)  does not like it.

Probability of students who like/dislike statistics = (Number of students who like/dislike statistics) / Total number of students
Total number of students `= 200`
Number of students who like statistics `= 135`
Number of students who dislike statistics `= 65`
(i) Probability of students who like statistics `= 135/200 = 27/40`
(ii) Probability of students who dislike statistics `= 65/200 = 13/40`
