Let the length of the rectangle be metres and the breadth be y metres.
Area of the rectangle`=length times b r e a d t h`
=x times y=x y s q. metres
From the given information, we have,
`(x+3) times(y-4)=x y-67`
and `(x-1) times(y+4)=x y+89`
