If the numbers `x-2,4x-1a n d5x+2` are in AP., find the value of `xdot`

Given` : (x-2), (4x-1) and (5x+2)` are in AP
Therefore the difference between 2nd term and 1st term is equal to the difference between 3rd term and 2nd term
`:. (4x-1)- (x-2)= (5x+2 )-(4x-1)`
`:. 4x-1-x+2=5x+2-4x+1`
`:. 3x+1=x+3`
`:. 2x=2`
`:. x=1`
