Examine the consistency of the system of...

Examine the consistency of the system of equations given by `x + 2y = 2, 2x + 3y = 3`
Note: the system of equations of the form AX = B is consistent, if `|A| != 0`. If `|A| = 0` and (adjoint of A)(B) = 0 then the system of equations is consistent and if (Adjoint of A) `(B) != 0`. Then the system of equation is inconsistent.
