If `cos e cA=sqrt(10),` find other five trigonometric ratios.

If `csc A = root(10)/1, `construct a triangle that has that csc A as that value.
`csc = 1/sin = 1/(opp/hypo) = (hypo)/(opp).`
Hence the triangle would have side 1 and hypotenuse root(10).
Plugging into the Pythagorean theorem, one can see that the other side is 3. With that out of the way, we can start constructing the other 5 trig ratios.
