PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) technique was developed by Kary Mullis in 1985,and for this he received Nobel prize for chemistry in 1993. HG khurana discovred DNA ligase enzyme in to phage in 1969.
White DNA polymerase was disscoved by Arthur Komberg and Herbert Boyer generated first recombinan t DNA molecule by combining a gene from a bacterium with plasmid of E coil in 1972.
PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction ) technique is a reaction in which amphlification of specific DNA sequence is carried out in vitra.
