Three type of impurites are found in waste water , suspended particle (solids). Colloidal impurities and dissolved material (inorganic) like calcium, ammonia, toxic material , phosphate , sodium , calcium and nitrate. Out of them suspended solids like sand silt and clay impurities are easily removes , in sewage treatment plants.
