multiplying eq(1) by p and eq(2) by a, we get,

`ap sec theta + aq tan theta +ar = 0` ...eq(4)
subtracting eq(4) from eq(3) we get,
`tan theta (bp-aq) = ar-pc `
`tan theta = (ar-pc)/(bp-aq) `
