A cell is compound of various organelles which perofmr different function. A cell is structural, functional and smallest unit of life capable of all living functions. The number of cell vary form organism to organism. An Ambeobe is single called or unicellular, where all the basic functions are performed in one cell. On the contray, a human is multicellular having as many as `60 xx 10^(15)` cell (weight about 60 kg). In a multicellular organism, cell form tissues, which in turn together form organs and? different functions are performed by different organs i.e., they have well-developed division is labour.
