The major differences between eukaryotic and prokaryotic nucleus is that a prokaryotic nucleus
(i) is undifferentiated
(ii) is not bound by nuclear membrane
(iii) does not contain chromosome
(iv) does not posses nucleolus and nucleoplasm.
